Re-Design is what I do best!

    My experience as a licensed realtor allows me to understand how a home needs to look and feel both in person and through photographs on the internet as well as all advertising. 

    My extensive history in organizing as well as my education at Sacramento State Universitie's accredited Interior Design program allows me to quickly and efficiently set your clients home up in the best possible light in this challenging market.

    RE-DESIGN

I offer two kinds of Re-Design for clients who have furniture & items still in the home, but need a little help placing them.1)1) In

1)In home estimate and planning session for a future re-design.

*If you don't get the listing, I do not charge for the consultation. 

*If hired, your client will be provided with a detailed list of instructions for getting the home ready for the Re-Design Day as well as the impending "on market date."

*My services for the Re-Design Day/s

*A full color CD of all photo's taken at the end of the project if you so desire for advertising purposes. Photo shoots plus CD delivery usually take 2 to 2.5 hours of my time. Feel free to ask me about this.

*I would be happy to make a second CD free for your client if they would like a copy for rememberances.

2) "Off the Cuff" Design. 

*If your client is in a pinch and needs immediate attention, I offer a no-prep option of diving into Re-Designing the entire space without having seen it before the actual design day. 

*Recommendations for any repairs, maintenance or items I believe would be beneficial to correct before the "on market date."

* "Off the Cuff" design's compensation is based on $65 per hour and most re-designs on this site were completed in a matter of hours.
